How to Use:

Cold Application ❄️

• Place the gel packs (without sleeves) in the freezer for at least 2 hours.

• Insert into the washable sleeve and apply to the affected area until comfort is achieved.

Hot Application 🔥

• Microwave (without sleeves) for 10-15 seconds (700-watt microwave).

• If additional heat is needed, continue in 5-second bursts.

• Always insert into the sleeve before applying to the breast.

⚠️ Microwave power levels vary—always test the temperature before applying to the skin.

Care Instructions:

🫧 Hand wash with warm, soapy water and allow to air dry.
