Bedhead Hats is a 100% Australian-owned family-run business on the NSW Central Coast. They make a great range of comfortable hats for
babies, kids and women. Their Bedhead Bucket hats, Baby Bucket hats & Legionnaire styles are sun-safe and certified to UPF50+ sun protection by the ARPANSA (Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Agency) federal government agency.

How to get the perfect size?

Step 1: Distract the child with a toy or food (so they don't try and help you!).

Step 2: Use a measuring tape to take measurements. Or you can use a ribbon to take the size and then use a ruler to find the measurement.

Step 3: Purchase the size closest to your child's measurement. Our hats are very stretchy and will grow up to 4cm.

Can you give me an example?

FOR EXAMPLE, if the child's head measures 41 cm, you will need the 42 cm size that will stretch another 4 cm up to 46 cm - giving plenty of future wear. Purchasing the next size up would be too large and block the child's vision.
