To maintain hygiene, only sterilize parts that come in contact with breast milk. Use the provided cleaning brush to cleanse the tube's interior followed by a hot water rinse. To simplify, insert the brush by the handle and pull through. Sterilize using a steam system or by boiling for 2-3 minutes. Avoid bleach-based cleaners, sterilizing tablets, and UV sterilizers, as they might affect the product's durability.
