Directions for Use:

• Freeze for 2-4 hours.
• Slip the frozen gel strip inside its bamboo cover.
• Gently place it against the perineal region.
• Use for up to 20 minutes. If discomfort continues, seek medical consultation.

Heat Therapy:

• Lay the gel pack flat in the microwave.
• Heat as per wattage instructions:
  • 700 watts: 16 seconds
  • 1,000 watts: 13 seconds
  • 1,250 watts: 11 seconds
• Ensure to test pack temperature and add more time in 5-second increments if required, but avoid heating beyond 25 seconds in total.
