Microwave Guidelines: Lay the gel pack flat in the microwave and heat it according to your microwave wattage:

• 700 Watts: 16 seconds
• 1,000 Watts: 13 seconds
• 1,250 Watts: 11 seconds

If needed, you can extend the heating time in 5-second intervals but stay within a total of 25 seconds. Always assess the pack's temperature before application.
