DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with doTERRA Fractionated Coconut Oil to minimize any skin sensitivity. See additional precautions below.

 Key oils

• Eucalyptus – has clear and calm aroma, can help promote feelings of relaxation and clear breathing.
• Cardamom - commonly diffused for its warming and comforting feeling. Its’ distinct scent can be uplifting and nurturing to your emotions, itcan assist with respiratory health.
• Lemon - When diffused, Lemon is very uplifting and energising and promotes feelings of lightness, cheer and joy. Lemon supports healthy respiratory function. 
• Laurel Leaf - When steam distilled, they produce a powerfully fragrant essential oil that has substantial cleansing and soothing properties. Inhalation of Laurel Leaf was shown to promote feelings of clear thinking and concentration.
• Ravintsara - Fresh and earthy, Ravintsara essential oil has potent cleansing and refreshing benefits. Similar in chemistry to Eucalyptus, Ravintsara is a milder option. It is ideal for promoting feelings of clear breathing and open airways. Uplifting and energizing, Ravintsara has a relaxing aroma.
