Care & Use:

1. Heat in the microwave or cool in the freezer.
2. Insert the gel packs into their individual bamboo covers.
3. Place inside your bra for instant soothing. Recommended use is up to 20 minutes.
4. If discomfort continues, consult a medical professional.

Microwave Guidelines: Lay the gel pack flat in the microwave and heat it according to your microwave wattage:

• 700 Watts: 16 seconds
• 1,000 Watts: 13 seconds
• 1,250 Watts: 11 seconds

If needed, you can extend the heating time in 5-second intervals but stay within a total of 25 seconds. Always assess the pack's temperature before application.
