The Kākāpō narrative is an intertwining of nature’s beauty, human impact, and the undying hope for conservation. Once reigning abundantly in New Zealand, their numbers dwindled due to hunting, invasive species, and habitat destruction. With conservation seeds sown in 1894, their population is slowly recuperating, albeit only around 200 exist today.

Each earring, being handcrafted, might have its own unique touch. We've strived to depict their authentic colors, yet some variations may occur on different displays.
